What happens if the seller does not deliver or if the product/service has defects?

If something is wrong with the goods or services or if you have not received any delivery, please contact the seller or service provider directly. You can use your PAYLAX account to report a problem and send a message to your business partner. Please go to the detail view of the escrow payment and describe the problem or the defect.

The money will be kept in the escrow account until an agreement has been reached. Our price adjustment function may help you to reach a faster agreement.
