What happens if the seller does not deliver or the goods / services have defects?
If there is something wrong with the goods or service or you have not received a delivery, please contact your seller directly. If the seller does not respond to your requests, you can inform us. We will try to get in touch with the seller and ask him for a statement. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we will transfer the deposited amount back to you. If the recipient contacts us within 14 days and gives a reason for not refunding the money, the money will remain in the escrow account until an agreement is reached. Please note: PAYLAX does not take sides and does not interfere with the underlying transaction or contractual relationship.
